Discover the captivating landscape of the village of Portmeirion on this short break. Created on its own peninsula by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975, in the style of an Italian Village. Portmeirion is in a stunning location on the shores of Snowdonia.
DURING YOUR STAY
Day 1 – We travel to our hotel via in the wonderful coastal town of Llandudno. There is plenty to see and do here including a stroll down the 19th century Llandudno Pier where you can admire the delightful coastline.
Day 2 – Shortly after breakfast we visit Portmeirion, one of Wales’ premier visitor attractions. Discover the stunning sub-tropical gardens of Portmeirion, including the exotic Japanese Garden with its pagoda and lily-covered lake. After some free time, we will return home to the East Midlands.
