This Easter we invite you to enjoy the treasured family home of the Duke and Duchess of Westminster – Eaton Hall and Gardens. Only open to the public on a scattering of days throughout the year, with all proceeds going to a charity. This grand estate can be traced back to the early 1440’s and this longstanding tradition offers you the rare opportunity to enjoy such wonders as the gardens 388-foot-long Camellia Walk and the gorgeous rose garden

Day 1 – Our first visit today will be to the historic city of Chester. Founded by the Romans in the first Century AD, Chester is known for its extensive Roman walls – the most complete city walls in the country! As well as it’s impressive Roman Amphitheatre and 1,000-year-old Cathedral. After some free time we take you to the Best Western Plus Lancashire Manor Hotel in Wigan for a relaxing night.
Day 2 – After breakfast we take you to the reputable Eaton Hall and Gardens for free time. Sitting at the heart of the Eaton Estate, the gardens, which cover 88 acres, have followed the fashion of gardening over the centuries, employing some of the finest and most confident landscape designers to carry out new designs.
