Day 2 This morning we take you to Felbrigg Hall, Gardens & Estate, one of the most elegant country houses in East Anglia. Cherished for its homeliness and charm, Felbrigg reflects the personal stories of the four families who have lived here and their warmth and fondness for the estate. Later, we travel to Blickling Hall, this breath-taking red-brick mansion and ancient yew hedges are set in the heart of a magnificent garden and historic park in the Bure meadows, with a history spanning over 1000 years.
Day 3 After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a day at leisure in Great Yarmouth; East Anglia’s premier beach resort!
Day 4 Today we step back in time as we visit Somerleyton Hall and Gardens for free time. Surrounded by 5000 acres of English estate, Somerleyton Hall is one of Britain’s most wellpreserved and beautiful stately homes.
Day 5 Enjoy free time in Norwich, as well as being the most complete medieval city in the UK, it is also the only English city in a National Park (the Norfolk Broads!) Due to its compact size, Norwich is easy to explore on foot, and has a river at its heart – a good place to enjoy a midmorning lunch perhaps?
Day 6 After breakfast we pick up our packed lunch and travel to National Trust’s Oxburgh Hall; a 15th century moated manor house. Built in 1482 by the Catholic family, there are 500 years of history to explore here.
