Yorkshire’s unique stretch of coastline boasts a string of gorgeous and very different seaside towns and you can visit them all on this trip. From the traditional resorts of Bridlington, Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby, to the very gem of the Yorkshire coast – Scarborough!
DURING YOUR STAY
Day 1 – We travel to our hotel in Scarborough via the charming market town of Beverley, where you can perhaps enjoy a nice cup of tea in the quaint Georgian Quarter.
Day 2 – Firstly, we visit the beautiful Walled Garden at Scampston which was originally designed by the renowned Dutch Plantsman, Piet Oudolf, who brought imagination and creativity to create a truly wonderful space. After, we venture to the historic walled city of York where you’ll have free time to explore. Why not head over to the world-famous Betty’s Team Room and enjoy a delicious pastry or scone?!
Day 3 – After a leisurely breakfast enjoy a free day today. Why not take a steady walk along the beach or head to the high street which has plenty of retail stores and independent shops.
Day 4 – We visit Robin Hood’s Bay, the small and friendly fishing village full of character. After some free time here, we travel to Whitby, home to some of Britain’s finest fish and chips!
Day 5 – We start today with a trip to the seaside town of Bridlington where you will have free time to relax. After, we journey to Sewerby Hall and Gardens where you can explore the stunning gardens and zoo.
Day 6 – After an enjoyable stay, we return home.
